Getting a car out of an East Van lane
The driver's first question is whether the truck can get square to the car in the lane. East Side lanes are narrow, often with hydro poles and wires low over the middle and recycling bins along both sides; a flatbed needs a straight run to drop its deck, a wheel-lift needs less.
